KRAMBU, Auradine, and Paradox Join Forces to Redefine Sustainable AI Data Center Infrastructure

At KRAMBU, we believe the future of compute must be regenerative—and that future just took a major step forward.

We’re excited to announce a strategic multi-party partnership with Auradine, a Silicon Valley leader in sustainable computing platforms, and Paradox Data, a specialist in immersion cooling and energy generation technologies. Together, we’re aligning advanced hardware, renewable energy, and efficient cooling systems to build infrastructure that’s purpose-built for the next era of AI Data Centers.

A Blueprint for Energy-Aware Digital Growth

Under this new agreement, Auradine will provide up to 50MW annually of cutting-edge hardware—including air-cooled, immersion-cooled, and hydro-cooled systems. These platforms will be deployed across KRAMBU and Paradox’s U.S. facilities, optimized with direct liquid cooling (DLC), green energy, and hybrid data center designs to maximize sustainability and reduce operating costs.

But this partnership goes beyond deployment. It’s a holistic collaboration to co-develop and commercialize:

  • Rack-level AI compute systems
  • Advanced thermal management strategies
  • Grid-aware software for dynamic load balancing

“We’re bringing together three mission-aligned teams to tackle the toughest challenges in performance and sustainability,” said Travis Jank, President & Founder of KRAMBU. “By combining Auradine’s cutting-edge chips with our DLC infrastructure and Paradox’s energy systems, we’re achieving breakthroughs in efficiency at scale.”

Engineering a Cleaner Digital Future

This partnership is rooted in shared values: decentralization, clean energy, and technical excellence. Together, we’re creating infrastructure that’s resilient, grid-aware, and designed to give more back to the environment than it takes.

“This collaboration is a powerful example of how innovation and strategic alignment can unlock new models for energy utilization and digital performance,” added Steve Wood, CEO of both KRAMBU and Paradox. “We're defining what it means to scale sustainably—at the hardware, infrastructure, and ecosystem level.”

What’s Next?

We’ll be exploring multiple commercial models across this collaboration—including shared upside agreements and hybrid site deployments—allowing us to stay flexible while scaling fast. This MOU sets the foundation for long-term alignment as we continue building the infrastructure backbone of sustainable digital ecosystems.

Stay tuned for more updates as we launch our next-generation deployments across the U.S.
